1. Services

We provide professional gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior maintenance, and seasonal or outdoor lighting installation services as described on our website and promotional materials.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, checks, and credit or debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property, including removing obstacles, pets, or hazards.

For lighting installations, customers should disclose any electrical concerns or special instructions prior to service.

5. Liability

While we take great care, Complete Custom Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear to gutters, roofing, windows, siding, or exterior surfaces.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety risks, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent us from completing the work safely.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
